Familiar walls and old routines breed complacency and a lack of creativity. New ideas and strategies sometimes require new surroundings and perspectives. Away from the confines and habits of the office, photographer Eric Audras captures executives as they find the freedom and opportunity to exchange new ideas and strategies during an executive retreat. Isolated with one another in a secluded getaway, their free exchanges and unstructured discussions find an ideal setting in the random landscapes and spontaneous conference spaces of their executive refuge.
