All work and no play makes for a very boring workday. Sometimes a little break or small breather can do wonders to change a day at the office. In a break from the monotony of business routines, photographer Alejandro Ventura captures executives in lighter moments of rest or play. As executive expectation is juxtaposed against unexpected reality, a new aesthetic of business is formed that exists somewhere between casual observation and conceptual story.
