If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please contact us within 5 calendar days of the receipt of goods for a Product Return Authorisation (PRA). If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment less delivery charges. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any manuals, documentation, free gifts and registration that was shipped with the product. The product must be returned to Inmagine's warehouse within 14 calendar days after the issuance of the PRA. CD/VCD/Single Images may not be returned after 5 days of receipt/download. Due to the nature of the imagery product, refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. A standard document to acknowledge that images were not copied or used is to be signed for any returned cd/image.
