Re-Inmagine Creative Processes.

Equipped with a mission to make design easy for everyone, creative company Inmagine looks to use artificial intelligence and data analytics to simplify the creative process. Started as a premium stock image library in 2000, Inmagine has since evolved into a creative ecosystem encompassing various creative assets and business models. Its product range currently includes stock libraries of images, vectors, audio, footage, design elements, templates and editing tools to cater to multiple clientele.

In a discussion with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, Stephanie Sitt, CEO of Inmagine Group, said AI-assisted content creation is no longer a buzzword. The future is all about empowering everyone to be a content creator in one click, and flexibility to create more engaging new content on the spot is expected. Additionally, there is already a rise in the demand for tools that allow users to create content on the fly, with new and existing players investing into mobile app development to offer content creation solutions on-the-go.

What are some of the ways story-telling using visual imagery has evolved?

The number of images used for storytelling has definitely increased and evolved into short, fun video versions such as those we’re seeing on Instagram and TikTok.

It has also become a norm for brands to create multiple visuals or change visuals for a single digital campaign within hours in order to capture audiences with an even shorter attention span, instead of retaining the same visual throughout the campaign duration.

What are the visual trends you are anticipating for the future?

There will be an increase in usage of imagery to tell both personal and brand stories. Also, more and more digital content from businesses will mimic popular, user-generated postings on social platforms in an effort to be on the same wavelength as their target audience.

What are some of the concerns you see clients having in terms of story-telling, and how are you as a partner helping them to solve these issues?

1. Unsure of where or how to start

Getting the first draft out is the main stumbling block for most content creators. So, we’re helping them start somewhere. The upcoming Design Maker from Designs.ai simplifies this process with a wizard-based creation tool powered by the Inmagine Brain AI Technology. This tool prompts users with several questions before generating relevant content for them to choose from, offering content creators a faster head start, instead of facing a blank canvas.

2. Unsure of what images, fonts or design to use

Everyone struggles with design decisions, so we’re making it smarter, faster and easier with a little technology magic. Using billions of data points, machine learning and our proprietary Inmagine Brain AI system, our tools will automatically display the best images, fonts and colors to use based on specified target audience and requirements. This Creative Scoring System will soon be launched across all our tools and websites.

3. Unsure of what tools to use

With a plethora of tools in the market, it can be challenging when it comes to finding the best tools and content to use. Which is why we are streamlining everything a creative needs under one roof. As an integrated creative ecosystem on a mission to make design easy for everyone, Inmagine will continue to build and launch smarter tools and content that can be used across all digital platforms at an exceptionally low price, or even for free. We are in it for the long haul, and we are ready to shape the next wave of design and innovation powered by AI.
